First Professional Skill:                                    
1. Master the software test norm in the software developing process management and the whole process and software lifecycle. Know the methods of Testing Case design and criterion, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing Case design. Write the related documents.
2. Write documents about Testing Plan, Testing Design, Testing Case and Testing Report and so on
3.  Be familiar with Functional Testing, Performance Testing, localization Testing
Configuration Testing and GUI Testing based on the architecture of B/S, C/S.
4. Knowing the correlative knowledge about Software Requirement Management, Defect Management, Configuration Management and Software Requirement Specification, the high level design and low level design. And know the review process and can apply to the actual work.
