职位：Software Testing Leader (White Box)
地点：上海张江

Responsibility：
1. Software White Box and Integration Test Engineer (Test Analyze, Test Design, Test Execution and Test Report)
2. Software Testing Tool developer (Testing Tool requirement specification, design and development)
3. Auto-testing Engineer (Auto test system design and deployment)

Requirement:
1. Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or electronic engineering majors
2. 2+ years experience in software development
3. Familiar with C/C++/JAVA programming
4. Familiar with common platform OS programming like windows and Linux, Android programming will be a plus
5. Experience in white box test over 1 year, familiar with integration test methodology and technique
6. Experience in auto test over 1 year, familiar with common commercial auto test tool and deployment
7. Know well about the software developing methodology such as OOP, UML, RUP of AOSD8. Resolving problem independently, self-motivation and supervision software testing strategy, planning and management will be a plus
8. Fluent in English or Japanese
