猎头职位－(Sr.) Software Engineer, Test Developer, WebLogic Server

Qualifications/Necessary Skills
• Strong technical skills and experience in system testing and quality assurance.
• Solid experience with Java in the industry with the ability to write elegant and clean code. 2 - 4 years of product and/or QA development in JAVA/J2EE/EJB/JDBC/JMS technologies.
• Extensive working knowledge in J2EE JDBC specs and good working knowledge on JTA and distributed transactions.
• Strong shell script programming skills, familiar with Apache Ant and JUnit.
• Skills of UNIX and/or Windows development and debugging.
• Some system testing background with knowledge of basic testing techniques. Extensive testing of project features and development of automated testing environments for future regression testing.
• Experience with troubleshooting product problems
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Desirable:
• Strong desire to innovate, strong sense of software quality assurance.
• Experience with network and multi-threaded programming.
• Familiar with HTML, HTTP, HTTPS, JSP and Java Security.
• Knows something about the Servlet 2.3 spec or the javax.servlet package.
• Experience with XML, JCA, RMI, Servlets, enterprise client/server programming, and relational databases.
• Experience with testing GUI (Swing or web-based) products or development of automated test tools for GUI testing.
• Experience with Mercury Interactive WinRunner.
• Has used java.net.HttpURLConnection.
• Knows Perl programming.
• Has used HttpUnit, Apache Jakarta Commons library, especially for its sub-components HttpClient and Net.
• Strong Object Oriented product design and development concepts.
• Experience of WebLogic Server or webserver such as Apache, Microsoft IIS, Netscape Server.
Educational Requirements:
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education.
• Minimum of 4-6 years in software development environment.
