关于bugzilla+testrunner的错误

bugzilla+perl+mysql，运行正常，于是开始装TestRunner0.7（mysql4在环境变量已经设置，并且可用），结果就出错了。
1、安装模块
ppm install text::diff
ppm install html::parser
2、perl tr_install.pl
提示安装成功，但是运行http://localhost/bugzilla之后，提示错误如下：
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Couldn't do defparams.pl: No such file or directory at Bugzilla/Config.pm line 132.
Compilation failed in require at Bugzilla/Util.pm line 38.

这个错误的意思似乎说不能执行defparams.pl，我对比了一下，发现安装TR之前和之后的defparams.pl只是多了一条语句： do  "tr_defparams.pl"; 但是我把这条语句去掉，错误依然存在，从备份的文件夹中copy过来，就没有问题了，于是，我就把copy过来的defparams.pl加上了上面那条语句，结果就好使了，好奇怪啊！
哪位高手能帮我解释一下啊？
