Software Test Lead - System x

Job description
System x Software Solutions (XSS) team was form in 2012. It is part of System x Architecture and Solutions team (XAS) team with goal to develop customer oriented System x management solutions, especially for Growth Market Units (GMU). Solutions target to provide customers values, like: Integrated Design, Build-in Expertise and Enhanced User Experience.

In XSS team, you will have chance to:
- Participate in System x management solutions concept build to meet latest IT industry and customers need.
- Work in System x management solutions development end to end.
- Integrated with global teams with different cultures, grow yourself with smart people.

We are now looking for experienced Software Test Lead to join us in Shanghai, China System and Technical Lab (CSTL).
Required Skills
- 2+ Years experience as Test Lead in full software project development cycle from initial design, planning, environment preparation, execution to final regression exit.
- Applied knowledge in test methodologies and tools applying in Function Verification Test (FVT) and System Verification Test (SVT).
- Leadership in building world wide (WW) test teams and relationship with WW development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of x86 server hardware, network and switch configuration.
- Working experience in Windows, Linux (or Unix) environment required.
- End user and process oriented in quality management.
- Experience in GUI test automation is a plus
- Experience in Globalization test is a plus.
- Knowledge of at least one of following program languages will be a plus: C/C++; Java; Python; Java Script; Shell Script
- Working experience of SCRUM and Rational tools is a plus.
- Good problem solver with creative and analytical mind.
- Bachelor's Degree Education Required.

2个职位都是BAND8 level，区别就是 focus技术领域和leadership方面的区别系统测试和自动化测试领域要强
毕业至少要7年左右以上相关工作经验，6年左右以下可能不合适目前职位，请大家发送简历时注意
