自动化测试
要自动化测试工程师，7人,熟Runner, QTP.
如果以前是做开发的，那TEST做半年/1年就行，如果以前不是开发的，TEST最好是做3年，不过2年以上也可以发，
Job functions / responsibilities (Application/Test Automation Analyst):
Application/Test Automation Analyst on distributed and/or mainframe application. Accountable for the various activities with test automation and/or QA testing for software application currently in production and/or in development in conformity with the JPMC IT Project Delivery Framework. Requires experience or understanding of multiple programming languages and systems as well as system design and test methodology. Must have comprehensive expertise in the software development process.
• Design, development and maintenance of test automation scripts, test driver, test simulator, and automation tools.
• Assists in the implementation, and maintenance of the test automation framework and library.
• Participates in the continuous improvement / optimization of the test automation model.
• Reviews Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to understand the functional and technical requirements and to provide comment/feedback to development team and QA team so to ensure these deliverables are of high quality.
• Subject matter expert on technical tests (e.g. performance test) – design, development, and execution of technical tests.
• Understand and translate the requirement specifications into test scenarios and test cases. Creates detailed test cases and scripts and ensuring adherence to established test standards and procedures.
• Reviews of detailed test plan including test case design, testing schedule, control worksheets and provide feedback to QA team to ensure test automated script can be developed and maintained.
• Contributes to and participates in test planning, test preparation and scripting, and test execution according to defined best practices, standards and procedures.
Essential Skills / Experience :
• Strong background on either mainframe or Unix platform, Oracle database and Client Server applications development.
• Proficient in SQL statements
• Solid application development experience (mainframe or distributed)
• Ability to read and comprehend business requirements and high level design deliverables well enough to create detailed test cases. Ability to map test cases to business requirements.
• Proficient in Automation Test Tools (e.g. Quality Center, Quick Test Pro, and Loadrunner)
• Proficient Quality Assurance/Test Automation Methodology
• Proficient Software Development Lifecycle principles
Preferred Skills / Experience :
• Proficient Treasury Services Payment and Deposit knowledge (or related banking experience)
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with end users and technical teams.
• Self-motivation, assertiveness, problem solving skills and a mindset to challenge assumptions and status quo.
• Proficient communication
• Proficient in MS Office tools (e.g. EXCEL, ACCESS)
• Knowledge of Webmethod.
Experience/Education / Professional qualifications
• Degree holder
• 3+ years of experience as developer, and
• 1+ years of Quality Assurance/Test experience." |
