文思VMware Lab 是文思和VMWare合作的项目，是一个长期的合作项目。从2007年08月开始到现在已成为所有国内和VMware合作伙伴中规模最大的Lab，是VMWare在亚洲最大的软件服务提供商，承担VMWare的核心产品及产品新版本的测试工作。由于team 扩大规模，现有3种测试职位open中，具体JD如下：

职位一自动化开发测试工程师职位

As System Level Quality Assurance and Development Engineer at VMware, you will develop and execute customer-like tests at the system level of the VMware product set. You will be mainly responsible for test design, test automation, and test execution.
Responsibilities:
Work with a team of Quality Assurance and Development Engineers on tasks such as:
? Participating in design meetings and brain storming sessions
? Working with QA teams and development teams to create details test strategies and requirements
? Writing/understanding test plans and test design specifications
? Developing automation framework and libraries
? Automating test cases to enhance turnaround time
? Execution of scalability, stress and interoperability tests
? Ensuring comprehensive test coverage
? Reporting Metrics and status
? Writing test execution document and guide
Requirements:
? 3+ years of QA/Developer experience
? Must have experience in Perl or Python or Java
? Have experience in STAF and STAX is big plus
? Experience with development of test automation frameworks
? Strong ability to manage activities to meet their delivery dates and report accurate, complete status
? Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
? Good knowledge of Windows/Linux OS administration and networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet and IP)
? Test experience on enterprise-class servers and OSes
? Experience with execution of scalability, stress and interoperability tests
? VMware experience a plus

职位二功能测试工程师
Responsibilities:
·  Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 or more years directly related experience - or equivalent combination of education and experience
·  Strong QA background including experience testing and releasing enterprise quality desktop software products
·  Broad technical knowledge including operating system fundamentals, using and testing user level applications, basic systems administration (installing and configuring operating systems and hardware/devices)
·  Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, or Mac OS X operating systems
·  Strong English verbal and written communication skills
·  Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
·  Experience developing and executing test automation using one or more of the following tools/languages or similar is a plus:
o Segue Silk Test
o Python
o Perl
o QTP/WinRunner
o TestComplete
o Visual Test
· Familiar with VMW products: workstation or Fusion is a plus.

职位三国际化测试工程师
Sr. QAE
·  3~5 years work experience in software testing or related domain
·  Strong knowledge of I18n&L10N testing
·  Intermediate to strong administration knowledge of Windows and Linux/UNIX OS’s
·  Strong bug analytical skills, demonstrates ability to isolate bugs well
·  Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues
·  Install/Configure test environment, network and storage arrays
·  Good team player and customer interaction skills
·  Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple outstanding tasks
·  Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills
·  Good written and verbal English communication skills
·  Energetic, motivated, dedicated and hard working
Responsibility:
·  Execute test case and report bugs with high quality and efficiency
·  Interface with customer to escalate and resolve technique issues
·  Assist with PM to ensure delivery quality
·  Track and measure test results and provide a quality assessment
·  Manage activities to meet delivery dates and report accurate, complete status.
·  Process improved
·  Lead and cultivate team members

  Jr. QAE
·  1~3 years work experience in software testing or related domain
·  Good knowledge of I18n&L10N testing
