职位描述：   

• Using automation testing tools to Capture-replay the screen.
• Test Scenario analysis  simulate and configuration.
• Testing execution and monitor configuration.
• Testing result collection and analysis.
• Scripts maintenance/ Enhancement.
• Scripts/code pool  maintenance.
• Understand and follow test strategy and detailed processes & procedures
• Communicate with the customer and understand the system business/functional/non-functional requirements
• Define test scopes
• Create and maintain test plan
• Develop and maintain test cases
• Execute test case in schedule
• Defect tracking and management   


任职资格：   

•Familiar with LoadRunner/RPT/VS Load test/Webload/ other Performance testing tools
•Familiar with C/C#/Java/VB script/java script
•Familiar with IDE, such as Eclipse/JBuilder/VS2008/QTP debugging tools/others
• Familiar with Oracle, DB2 or MSSQL.
• Bachelor Degree or above majored in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills is a MUST.
• Over 1+ years experience in testing
• Familiar with web-based applications
• Solid knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle
• Solid knowledge in Software Testing Methodologies
•Experience in Quality Center/Clear quest/BugZila/JIRA/Mantis/other defect or testing management tools
• Experience in Linux, Unix is preferred.
•Over 3+ performance project experience is preferred.
• Working collaboratively with peers, leadership team, at multiple levels within the organization. Meet commitments and build trust.
