这类问题好像出现比较多是脚本语法的错误，但从你的脚本来看，表面上也看不出什么问题。
以下这两个值是做什么的？是否需要进行参数化的呢？
         "sysCode=EII",
                "custmerId=0001",

另外对于webservices协议的脚本问题，
处理过程：1、 首先要检查webservices服务器是否正常；
2、检查wsdl文件是否正确，包括配置，可以尝试用wsdl文件 或者 直接用应用服务器上的；
3、在检查脚本参数等等问题。
4、在跑脚本过程中看应用服务器后台是否打印错误----这个至关重要！往往这类问题让我们一筹莫展。
