The position requires a strong computer science background, ability to workwith minimal supervision, strong software development discipline and hand-on experience, ability to learn and apply new technologies, and ability to work on a team.
Key Responsibilities ：
   Work with the Beijing development team providing product development and customer care services in synergy with the company development center developing system  management applications.
   Be part of, as well as champion, highly efficient and adaptive product development processes to support multiple concurrent releases of client/serverproducts and work well with the company development center.
   Work with US engineering team to meet product development objectives for areporting and policy decision product on time with high quality and participatein total customer satisfaction activities.
Providing feedback to development and product management to improves product quality in an on-going basis.

Job-Specific Authority and Scope ：
   This role reports to the Beijing based offshore engineering manager
   Coordinates with on site development management
   Independent decisions are made regularly
   Collaborates with US-based developers and architects
   Software development task reporting
   Software product delivery

Business Travel：
   Business travel of less than 5 percent yearly is expectedfor this position.

Preferred Education ：
   BS, MS Degree, global equivalent or equivalent ComputerScience experience   

Work Experience ：
   Minimum of 5 years work experience
   Past experience as a software development for 4 years
   Past experience working with offshore remote offices is a plus

Required Skills：
  English language fluency
  Java programming required
  OOD
  Prior use of Ant or Maven
  Prior use of JUnit
  J2EE and/or Spring
  Ability to understand new technology
  Hands-on andpassionate about product quality, high performance distributed systemarchitecture, scalability, extensibility and usability
  Good Knowledge of HTTP and Web Services
  Experience in developing full-life cycle web/databaseapplications.

Additional Skills：
  Communicate in written and presentation format
