简单来说，容易吸引HP关注的测试人员的能力和经验包括：
（1）因为我们属于软件测试部门，我们看重在软件方面的测试经验，比如CS/BS，Web，ERP系统，SAP，Oracle，CRM，Siebel，电信的BOSS和网管系统
（2）测试流程和测试方法论的知识，比如测试需求，用例设计，缺陷流程，测试执行等，如果懂得软件测试质量概念，或有ISTQB以及ITLE证书会有不少加分
（3）测试工具能力，我们最欢迎有HP测试工具的使用经验的人，包括Quality Center， HP QTP， Load Runner， Dianostics， SiteScope，PPM， BAC（尤其是前面三种工具），如果会市面其他的主流测试工具，我们也非常欢迎。
（4）英语能力在HP也是非常重要的，所以我们希望你有很好的听说读写能力，但如果你的技术非常出色，在英语的听和说上，我们可以放宽要求。

面试流程：
面试流程上会先有同事给大家做一个电话的Screening面试，看看基本情况，如果通过后会安排技术面试和项目主管面试，这些的面试可能会是电话，也可能会邀请你到

工作方式：
项目工作会安排在客户onsite或者offshore两种方式，如果是offshore基本就是在上海办公，onsite必须到客户现场，

• Setup complex customer simulating test environments

Responsbilities
1.熟悉各种手机应用平台，至少熟悉一种，如Andrid,Windows mobile OS, Iphone, Palm WebOS

2.熟悉手机应用的功能性测试，等知识体系（测试理论，测试方法，手机软件测试的特殊性等等）,有手机软件自动化测试优先考虑

3.对移动设备间的通信机制、协议比较熟悉，如蓝牙，WiFi
