　　Title: SQA Engineer
　　Reporting to: SQA Manager
　　Period required: Full time

　　Responsibilities/Job Scope
　　
　　> Act as SQA engineer to perform SQA review/audit in project level
　　> Act as a member of SEPG to define and improve the organizational software development processes
　　> Drive software processes Training

　　Qualifications/Experience
　　
　　> College Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
　　> Familiar with CMM/CMMI as well as software engineering
　　> 2+ years software development experience on J2EE or .NET
　　> 1+ years project management experience
　　> Fluent and proficiency in both Chinese and English (CET 6 or above)
　　> Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
　　> 1+ years SQA experience is a plus
