QA 如何从头做起?或者如何从tester->QA?

You can search some document about QA and Software,I think SQA must know software process.
Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind on it.

First,QA is quality manager,it is control process.But tester is test team,it is responsibility for check function and quality.So QA and tester is two work.
In fact ,many QA form tester,Both tester and QA have  quality element.

If you want to belcome QA,You must study some software proess knowlge and test knowlge.You should be have a job for Qaulity work.
