Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a project team to complete testing as per the client requirement.
2. Responsible for project quality, process control and knowledge management.
3. Communicate with client or onsite.
4. Project estimation, planning and tracking.
5. Participate detailed testing job like test case design and execution if necessary.
Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related.
2. 5 years + software testing working experience.
3. 2+ years’ testing management experience.
4. Expert in software testing related technique & process.
5. Have project estimation, planning and tracking experience.
6. Familiar with CMMI.
7. Insurance domain experience will be a preference.
8. Self motivator and quick learner.
9. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese.
