Support software applications or components currently in production and/or in development in conformity with the JPMC IT Project Delivery Framework. Make recommendations based on assessed risks to quality by applying various verification and validation techniques in coordination with the development team (project managers, development managers, change management, QA leads and QA core members). Accountable for internal process and procedure improvement projects and manages initiatives supporting continual QA process improvements and their integration with other process development activities.

•        Manages day-to-day activities of SQA Test Analysts
•        Contributes to monitors test planning, test preparation and scripting, and test execution according to defined best practices, standards and procedures.
•        Leads or participates in all phases of IT Project Delivery Framework, including review of complex business and functional requirements.
•        Assess risk to quality service based upon results of verification and validation.
•        Monitors adherence to established test standards and procedures.
•        Provides QA consultation services to support users of related test processes.
•        Manages verification and validation activities for all production modifications.
•        Maintains document template libraries and internal project documentation including releases, and changes

Requirements:

1.        College degree in business or equivalent degree
2.        1-3 years of quality assurance or system testing experience.
3.        1 – 2 years commerce web site testing experience
4.        Experience must be with business applications and not scientific applications
5.        Excellent written and verbal skills in English
6.        Work is a combination of some new application testing and current function support and enhancements testing.


Responsibilities:

1.        Writing of test scripts for commerce  website functionality.
2.        Strong web site testing experience
3.        HP Quality Center experience highly preferred.
4.        Experience with quality assurance processes including script writing, load testing, stress testing, functional testing.
5.        Good grasp of Information technology systems and testing those systems. Must be able to develop and implement test plans.
6.        To work with customer and IT in system testing and User Acceptance testing for the agreed model of EM eCommerce  
7.        To conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before production of EM eCommerce site.
8.        To set up data required to perform the designated scripts.
9.        To work with Business Analyst and business user teams in defining any system testing requirements
