职位：测试经理（支付类，上海）

（公司新建用户体验中心，下设测试和用户体验团队，新增测试团队负责人，2015年上海配置10人左右团队，后期视工作开展情况会在武汉配置下属，汇报对象为公司一级部门总经理，偏验收测试，要求男性。）

岗位职责：

1、可以独立完成偏重于UAT测试和用户体验的团队组建；

2、参与需求分析、需求评审、架构评审；

3、评估项目测试工作量、规划测试工作、制定测试计划；

4、编写项目整体测试方案、性能测试方案；

5、理解需求，提取测试需求，设计功能测试用例、业务测试用例，组织用例评审

6、指导搭建测试环境、执行测试、编写测试结果分析报告；

7、指导、组织、监督测试工程师的工作，检查测试用例、缺陷报告，并作考核。

任职资格：

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、5年以上软件测试工作经验，至少2年以上带领测试团队经验，有金融业软件或者是支付类产品测试从业经验者优先；

3、有过移动互联网测试项目经验者优先；

4、具备较强的分析能力，了解软件系统设计的关键因素和测试方法；

5、熟悉软件工程和质量管理体系，精通软件功能测试、压力测试、自动化测试及相关工具；

6、有责任感，良好的组织、沟通能力。

Job description:
(senior) System Testing Engineers for WCDMA BTS (3G) development
System testing Engineers will be responsible for BTS software integration testing as well as BTS functional and performance testing.
Test Engineers will focus specifically on testing planning and testing activities including troubleshooting and bug fixing. In addition, activities may contain test tool and test automation development.

Requirement:
Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in software, telecommunication or computer science
Experience:
•        Long experience (>3 years) in SW design or system testing
•        2 years of experience in large-scale system testing
•        Technical competence and understanding of basic concepts of mobile networks
•        WCDMA BTS knowledge is a big advantage
•        experience in using different test tools and test equipment
•        knowledge about test automation systems, software development and testing processes
•        competence in SW design (C/C++ language) and embedded systems is an advantage

Skills
•        the ability to gather information needed for understanding the system under test, used test environments and performing the testing
•        Passion to troubleshooting and finding the root cause of the problem
•        Ambition to become the “guru in the BTS testing area”.  Patience and perseverance is needed in this kind of task
•        good team working and communication skills
•        fluent written and spoken English
On-the-job training and support will be provided. You will have possibilities for long-term (3~6 months) business trip to Europe.

DSP SW Test Engineer for BTS
Job description:
(Senior) DSP testing Engineers for WCDMA BTS (3G) development.
DSP testing engineers will be responsible for BTS L1 or BTS L1/ L2 software integration testing. DSP Testing covers both functional testing and performance & capacity testing.

Test Engineers will focus specifically on testing planning and testing activities including troubleshooting and bug fixing.

Requirement:
Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in software, telecommunication or computer science
Experience:
•        Long experience in embedded system design (C/C++) or testing is mandatory
•        experience of DSP SW design or DSP testing is an advantage
•        understanding the principles of software testing in a real-time environment needed
•        experience in BTS (or terminal) L1 or L2 , WCDMA BTS L!/L2 knowledge is a big advantage
•        understanding of basic concepts of mobile networks is needed
•        experience in using different test tools and test equipment used in L1/L2 is an advantage

Skills
•        the ability to gather information needed for understanding the system under test, used test environments and performing the testing
•        Passion to troubleshooting and finding the root cause
