　　该职位侧重于信号、协议方面的测试，要求不但熟悉手机软件测试，对通信协议和测试仪也比较熟悉。
　　
　　比较对口的是做手机协议测试或者基站协议测试的工程师，或者是做场测的，其他经常使用测试仪的工程师。
　　
　　高级工程师要求英语口语可以和美国的team沟通。
　　
　　
　　
　　详细JD如下：
　　
　　1、Signaling Engineer
　　
　　Qualification_Basic:
　　
　　• Bachelor (or above) Degree in Telecommunication etc.
　　
　　• Strong technical knowledge on mobile phone industry, Network Communication etc.
　　
　　• At least 3 years working experience on signaling test cases execution.
　　
　　• High level of energy and enthusiasm, Strong interpersonal skills.
　　
　　• Good communication skill and team work.
　　
　　• CET4 and above
　　
　　• Familiar with QC/DMS system.
　　
　　
　　
　　Qualification_Mast:
　　
　　• Familiar with test system simulators (Agilent, Anite, Anritsu, R&S)
　　
　　• Have knowledge of embedded WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/GSM/GPRS SW, protocol stack and tools. Strong expertise on handset SW testing process development including plan, design flow, analysis, debugging, testing and performance evaluation; familiarity with 3GPP protocol
　　
　　• Good understanding of Mobile Phone features, E.g. WAP, MMS，Voice Call，SMS，DRM, AT commands and DM etc.

顶起，这个技术方向性调整一下，偏重协议方面的人才，最好是做基站的协议测试的人才，或者是专门的实验室人才。
要求，对协议的细节比较熟，而不是仅仅有个大概的概念。
比如，对信号的产生流程，能够说得清楚。
