Testing Automation Lead (1名)：
1. Major in Computer Science or relevant, Bachlor or Master degree（本科或硕士）
2. 4-5 years experience of testing with 2+ years leading testing team（4~5年测试经验，其中2年带团队经验）
3. Japanese language - level 2 or above（日语2级以上）
4. Proficient in QTP and familiarity in QC & LoadRunner（精通QTP + 熟悉QC，LoadRunner）
5. Have good knowledge in testing methodologies, testing life cycle and configuration management（良好的测试理论，测试生命周期和配置管理）
6. Have good knowledge in quality system like ISO, CMMI, 6-sigma or Lean（熟悉ISO,CMMI,6-sigma等质量体系）
7. Have good English communication skills, CET-4 or CET-6 is required（良好的英语沟通能力）

Testing Lead(1名)：
