svn在linux下安装时出错，请求帮助

我在linux下安装subversion-1.4.6时，tar完之后进入subversion-1.4.6文件夹，然后开始./configure
我打的命令是：./configure --with-apxs=/path/to/opt/lampp/bin/apxs --prefix=/path/to/svn

                     Unable to locate /mod_dav.h
接着我make时，就报出：make: *** 没有指明目标并且找不到 makefile。 停止
请问我该怎么解决啊？急急急急急急急！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

你的Apache没有安装APXS模块吧，错误提示中已经有说
