At least 2 years working experience in Java/J2EE programming.

Spring, Struts, Hibernate etc. hands-on experience.

Oracle Database, Unix (Solaris) knowledge

Detail oriented and scope control are require for managing the functional
specification

Good communication skill.

Basic understanding on software engineering process/procedure and SDLC

Can speak and write English. English CET 4 or above is a plus.

Good personality and intelligent. Have the enthusiasm and ambition to complete
projects to the highest standard and quality
