Description:
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for engineers for our 3G software development, integration & verification. You will work in a team using scrum development mode, doing both SW and I&V, to deliver high quality product.
You and your team will be responsible for implementing requirements from customer and also test the solution. Using scrum means we prefer the people who can do both coding and I&V.If you only have experience on either coding or I&V, you also have the responsibility to gain experience on the other side.
Requirements:
B.Sc or M.S in computer science, telecommunication or equivalent
Strong C/C++ programming skills
Programming experience in real time embedded system
R&D experience in telecommunications industry
Working experience of 2+ years
Knowledge of TCP/IP and/or Linux/Vxworks is a plus

2. Wimax AP Engineer (HZ-ND-1182)
Responsibilities：
Design, implement and test lower level MAC and SCH algorithms and features;
Simulate performance of design, particularly MAC scheduler. Update the access protocol to minimize
Latency&maximize throughput utilization
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in C and VxWorks
3+ years experience with MAC design&simulation (not limited in WiMax)
MSCS with 3+ year’s exp.or BSEE/BSCS with 5+ year’s exp
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively
Familiarity with OFDMA PHY/MAC and WiMax profiles;
Wireless MAC design experience;
Ability to logically and methodically develop and analyze access protocols
Ability to write clear and accurate technical papers in English
Over-sea work experience.
3. TD/LTE DSP SW Engineer (HZ-ND-1311)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for TDLTE DSP SW architecture definition, specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
Develop the TDLTE DSP base band SW on the TI 64+ DSP, including PHY, MAC, TUP and etc.
Contribute to inspection/review of specification; design and interface
Follow NSN BTS SW develop process. Deliver the TDLTE DSP SW predictably with high quality
Requirements:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Basic knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation
A good understanding of Digital Signal Processors and Digital Signal Processing
Experience in embedded software, esp. in telecommunication equipment, and knowledge on WCDMA/LTE/TD-SCDMA/WiMAX L1/L2 technology (Rake receiver, OFDM, MIMO, MAC, TUP, Channel encoding/decoding, etc.)
Strong C/C++ programming skill and RTOS knowledge
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
3+ Years of working experience in DSP or Base Band fields are preferred
Experience in Beam-Forming design is a plus.

4. TD/LTE RAN System Testing Engineer (HZ-NT-1314)
Responsibilities:
Prepares test plan and test cases and performing test in real environment. Finds faults, reporting faults and following up faults status
Consults supports and guides others toward requirements from internal and even external customers.
Ensures the functionalities of BTS meet the requirement of specification on network and node level with test planning and execution. Estimates work amounts in own process area.
Participates/organizes knowledge sharing activities and contribute to the accumulation of experience and improvement of process
Be familiar with test process, usage of test tools and test equipments. Participate in inspection, workshop, task force and research group in daily work. Key inspector in own area
Involved in early SW design phase and provide testing feedback to improve testability
Requirements:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
Good knowledge of wireless communication network, WCDMA/LTE background is preferred
You must have understanding of SW development processes and you see the importance of testing in the process
Previous experience in integration and verification work is definitely preferred
Test automation tools usage/development experience is optional

5. Build Engineer (HZ-ND-1387)
Responsibilities:
SCM Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Execute Software Builds and Releases
Build structure optimization
Build tool support
Develop, implement and evolve software CM process to support the Product Portfolio
Qualifications:
1. At least one year Clearcase experience/system management, be familiar with IBM relational product;
2. At least one year Unix/Linux working experience, has build/release experience
3. Familiar with shell/Perl;
4. Familiar with Makefile/Clearmake;
5. Familiar with C/C++;
6. Good knowledge of wireless networking (GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, LTE, etc).

6. MGW (Multimedia Gateway) Tester (NZ-NT-1389)
Responsibilities:
We are looking for professionals for our Media Gateway R&D team in Hangzhou now. You will be working on completely new product development based on leading edge technology to serve the future needs of our customers.
We are looking for I&V engineers to complete our challenging project targets in next generation MGW (Multimedia Gateway) product.
As a I&V Engineer you are responsible for requirement analysis, creating test case set, executing test case set, analyze test results, fault reporting, and cooperation with SW developers in Europe and HZ.
You will get individual training package to get familiar with our tools and methods.
Requirements:
MSc or BSc degree in telecommunications or a similar subject.
At least one year experience about 3GPP telecommunication protocols (e.g. H.248)
Knowledge of Mobile MGW product will be seen as an advantage
Some knowledge about software testing tools and test automation systems
Knowledge of SW development and testing processes
Technical competence and understanding of basic concepts of mobile and IP networks

Responsibilities:
We are searching for SW Professionals to our R&D team. You will be a member of a team located in Hangzhou and work close cooperation with R&D teams in Europe. You will participate in application software development for next generation Multimedia Gateway . As a SW designer your task is to take part in SW design, implementation, testing and maintenance work.

Requirements:
