Test Lead -Dalian (2009-2926)
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility will be leading the team on the testing of Aspect products, including but not necessarily limited to Unified Command and Control - Administration, Unified Command and Control - Real Time Reporting, and Advanced List Management. This testing will specifically entail localization validation, but also product features and comprehensive system test. Review of product life cycle materials such as requirement documents and design documents in order to prepare test plans will be required. Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
1. Review requirements, specifications, white papers and other project related materials to author a comprehensive test plan.
2. Work closely with the Test Manager on the creation of a test schedule. (The schedule is a Test Manager deliverable)
3. Create, review, update and audit test cases as needed for the test team
4. Execute test cases as needed during the program for Unified Command and Control - Administration.
5. Attend the weekly development meeting (if appropriate)
6. Monitor test progress against the test schedule with the Test Manager, specifically watching for issues or trends.
Skills:
1. Must be fluent in Simplified Chinese
Test Lead -Dalian Aspect Unified IP (2009-2927)

This testing will specifically entail localization validation, but also product features and comprehensive system test. Review of product life cycle materials such as requirement documents and design documents in order to prepare test plans will be required. Responsibilities:

7. Proven ability to test in a high paced and dynamic product environment.

10. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and follow direction
11. Ability to work with remote groups (both development and QA) across geographies and time zones.
12. Experience in Client / Server architecture
Qualifications:
1. Must be fluent in Simplified Chinese and Japanese
2. Must be able to communicate with US based Project Leads.
3. Familiarity with Contact Center environments such as Predictive Dialers, ACDs, or Unified Contact Center applications.
4. Familiarity with VMWare's Virtual Server
5. Familiarity with distributed application technologies such as DCOM, .Net, and Java Web Services.
6. Ability to switch between testing assignments based on blocking issues
Test Engineer -Real-Time Reporting (Simplified Chinese & Thai)
Responsibilities:
The Primary responsibilities will be for Performance Management and Reporting application integration to a variety of Aspect and 3rd ** products. This testing will specifically entail localization validation, but also product features and comprehensive system test. Review of product life cycle materials such as requirement documents and design documents in order to prepare test plans may be required. Candidates must be fluent in both Simplified Chinese and Thai.

1. Working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle Databases, preferably latest versions
2. Working knowledge of performance management and reporting technologies and applications.
3. Experience with analyzing data for accuracy on software dashboard reports or historical reports
4. Proven ability to test in a high paced and dynamic product environment.
5. Proven ability to write test cases and test plans from Use cases and requirement documents.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and follow direction
8. Ability to work with remote groups (both development and QA) across geographies and time zones.
Plus:
