web_custom_requst()是自定义的向服务器发请求的函数，你先把可扩展的日志打开，把它下面的三个选项都勾上，然后运行这段脚本
可以在日志中看到服务器返回的结果，看看你要找的那个web_reg_save_param()中返回的值在日志中服务器返回结果中有没有
要是没有的话，就是你在关联中要找的字段的属性写错了，看是不是左右边界写错了

实在不好做判断 你就再找个其他的做比较
反正只要是成功的时候，服务器返回的结果中的都行。。

什么版本的loadrunner和siebel?
记得要把默认的siebel关联覆盖掉，详见用户手册，最好iteration不要超过一个，看oracle网站上以前有类似的bug
不行就步进调试，看看关联为什么会出错
