职位描述：
Essential Job Functions
1 Manage end-to-end test process for development projects
2 Establish project test plan for the effective quality control and client acceptance of all software application
deliverables
3 Work closely with other project managers and project team to provide testing timelines
4 Assist in low-level project planning for QA-related activities and deliverables
5 Work with project teams to understand solution requirements and generate test scripts and perform test analysis
6 Perform functional, regression, integration, and security tests on developed software applications
7 Review and validate all test suites, test cases, and test procedures produced by the QA staff
8 Raise potential issues to the appropriate parties and contribute to solutions
9 Refine, implement, and enforce quality assurance (QA) policies and procedures
10 Evaluate test results to determine compliance with test plans, the established business processes supported
by the software application, and its business requirements
11 Log defect descriptions and step-by-step procedure to reproduce the identified problems
12 Collect test results and report QA metrics and status to project management
13 Provide defect clarification and participate in scheduled defect status meetings
14 Self-motivate to learn new technologies and implementing quality software components
15 Commit to project quality and on-time delivery
16 Whenever necessary, must be willing to work on weekends and after-hours to achieve important project
deadlines
17 Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
18 Possess excellent business ethics and professionalism
19 Encourage creativity and forward-thinking suggestions
20 Provide timely feedback on matters relating to team performance

Minimum Requirements
1 Four-year degree in a technical area or equivalent experience
2 Minimum of 5-year experience in QA with an overall 6 years of industry experience
4 Good English communication skills: written and verbal. Must be able to pass CET Level 4 or above
5 Excellent Chinese Mandarin communication skills: written and verbal
6 Experience in building and leading Quality Assurance teams
7 Familiarity or experience with software project management
8 Exposure to development methodologies: Rational Unified Process
9 Exposure to IEEE-829-1998 test documentation standard, a plus
10 Exposure to client server, web and SOA technologies
11 Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
12 Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
13 Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
14 Experience with full lifecycle of software development projects from establishing requirements through delivery
and production
15 Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
16 Possess the following traits: resourceful, productive, initiative, professionalism, customer service attitude,
attention to details and product quality, ability to multi-task, team focus, strong interpersonal skills, and strong
verbal and written communication skills
