Work independently with minimal direct supervision. Creation of defects

Execute test plan, debug test defaults, and run ad hoc tests being the technical contributor in the team

Excellent spoken and written communication and documentation skills. Proactively improve the communication and testing process

Manage daily build drop, review bug reports, and address issues like testing progress, and bug tracking to customer in professional manner
管理软件版本，检查报告的软件缺陷，向客户规范地报告测试进度，缺陷跟踪等问题。
Includes, but is not limited to help other group to finish tasks when the job is not fully occupied.

Qualifications（职位要求）:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, software testing working experiences as a plus
计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，软件测试工作经验者优先。
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance / software testing principles, test tools and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
对QA、软件测试和测试工具有较强的理解，对软件开发流程有充分的认识。
Self-driven with good understanding and strong interest in software localization testing, localization industry working experiences as a plus.
对本地化有较深了解并具有浓厚的兴趣，有本地化领域工作经验者优先。
Strong testing, problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
具有较强的测试，解决问题，和沟通能力
Good knowledge of miscellaneous test methodologies and techniques.
熟悉多种测试方案及测试技术。
Must demonstrate ability to mentor and assist others. Must demonstrate a high level of accountability and personal responsibility.
