SQA Engineer 过程改进工程师

职位描述：

职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
过程改进：
* 专职、全程参与公司过程改进和实施
* 定义、维护组织的软件过程知识库
* 策划、跟踪、促进和协调组织的软件过程改进活动
* 定义可操作性度量标准和数据收集方法、维护组织度量库
* 使用统计学方法建立过程能力基线和过程能力模型，指导项目组使用模型进行项目质量控制
* 参与制定组织过程改进战略、目标、计划
* 通过培训等方法推广流程，并对流程的有效性进行分析

项目度量：
* 负责对质量管理各项测量指标数据的采集、分析与报告并针对偏差给出合理改进建议
* 量化过程管理、完善和执行统计过程控制、贯彻执行度量标准、通过数据采集和分析完善度量基准；

项目质量跟踪和审计：
* 负责推动项目开发过程规范/项目管理规范的有效执行；
* 对项目开发与项目管理过程进行检查与审计，发现偏差并给出合理改进建议；
* 为每个项目制订项目质量计划，并负责计划的实施；
* 负责对质量管理各项测量指标的数据分析与报告。

1. Process Improvement
* Coordinates the various process improvement activities
* Develop strategic and tactical improvement action plans
* Collect and disseminate literature and information on industry best practices
* Accumulate process assets, such as procedures, templates, checklists, and work product examples, and share them across the organization.
* Review, evaluate and if required implement new processes, procedures, and templates that various working groups create.
* Lead process improvement activities that span the entire organization, such as metrics and training programs.
* Obtaining feedback on the process and product compliance issues
* Administer a suggestion scheme for the organization to enable involvement of most employees in the SPI initiative.
* Acquiring and coordinating resources for training and consulting business.
* Conduct process training & CMMI internal training as regular basis

2. Metrics Analyzer
* Quantitative measurement collects and maintain an operating metrics database
* Analyze data to evaluate operational difficulties or effectiveness of the current operational activities to determine problem areas in order to suggest and support on developing solutions
* Guide and support project managers for quantitative project management

3. Audit
* Conduct effective audit based on quality processes and security processes
* Generate audit plan & audit report, analyze and escalate issues to upper managers

职位要求：

职位要求(Job Requirements)：
* 本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业
* 熟悉软件开发流程及软件项目管理，至少2年软件开发经验
* 1年以上CMMI/CMM相关流程的改进、度量和审计经验
* 参与编写过CMMI的方针、规程、过程类的文档/模板，熟悉软件项目的度量分析与过程监督管理
* 熟悉项目管理、CMM或CMMI知识
* 良好的英语读写，以及口语能力
* 良好的沟通能力
* 参与过CMM/CMMI的培训，有相关证书者或熟悉项目管理工具者优先
* Knowledge on quality model such as CMM/CMMI
* Knowledge on various Software life cycle, like XP, Scrum, UP/RUP, TSP, PSP, Six Sigma etc.
* Knowledge of PMBOK
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced yet structured environment, communicate concisely and clearly to all levels of the organization, and be willing to drive quality into the development process
* Show initiative and drive
* Have 2+ year experience in software engineering area as developer, tester or business analyzer
* Have at least 2+ years experience with process improvement as SEPG/EPG member in a commercial software/Internet company
