Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years in leading a team
1-3 plus years software testing experience
Good test methodology background
Solid knowledge of software quality assurance practices
Good communication skill
Familiar and have experiences with internet technologies (HTML, Javascript, IIS),XML, SOAP,.NET(particularly ASP.NET and C#)
Good verbal and written communication skills in a cross group collaboration/influence environment
