2008/09～2008/10         SugarCRM社区版5.0系统测试
        项目描述：SugarCRM社区版5.0是一个用PHP开发的开源客户关系管理系统，使用Apache的web服务器，支持Mysql、SQL Server、Oracle等数据库，包含市场管理、销售管理、售后服务管理等功能。
        开发环境：Linux+ Apache+MySQL+Php+Winmail Mail Server
        工作职责：
1.        LAMP+Winmail测试环境搭建；
2.        Emails模块测试用例设计：使用等价类划分、边界值分析等方法设计测试用例；
3.        参与测试用例的评审：对一些重复性、不完整测试用例进行删除和完善；
4.        测试用例执行：使用QC执行测试用例，提交缺陷报告、测试记录和测试日报，并根据统计数据对测试过程质量和被测对象的质量进行分析，完成系统测试报告；
5.        缺陷跟踪管理以及配置管理。

2008/10～2008/12  基于本体的知识管理模型研究（硕士毕业论文）
        项目描述：该模型在特定领域中提取概念本体（即知识单元），以知识单元作为知识管理的基础，再通过OWL本体技术对知识单元进行集成，建立起知识单元间的联系，将领域中知识元链接起来，以帮助知识的管理和推理查询。其中用移动客户通信服务作为本体的实例来说明。
        开发环境：Winxp+protégé+mysql+racer

2、能独立编写测试计划、缺陷报告、测试日报和测试报告等文档；
3、熟练使用缺陷管理工具QC和自动化测试工具CppUnit；
