STE requirements:
• Have basic knowledge of HTML, XML, ASP, Javascript and css
• Have basic web application experience
• Familiar with IIS configuration
• Be able to write basic sql script
• At least one year’s web testing experience
• Has good test sense and with good test theory and knowledge

STE – On Projects:
• Review the functional specification or other documents, and communicate with the project contact or ops team PM to know the requirement of the projects clearly.
• Write the test plan and test cases, or write the test checklist.
• Run the test pass according to the test cases or checkpoints in the checklist.
• File clear bugs.
• Communicate with offshore team to get the project go smoothly.
• Report the blocking issues in time.
• Always keep eyes on the schedule, raising red flag if needed.
• As the main contact, send the daily status report.
• Write simple automation test code
