Required Skills
-- Business development/Engagement experiences
-- Good communication and presentation skills
-- In-depth knowledge on testing solution/methodology/tool sets(Rational/HP Mercury)
-- Familiar with testing outsourcing
-- Good at written and oral English
-- Large scale application development skills/application architect experiences skills
-- Knowledge on software QA/QC is a plus;


Responsibilities
Take engagement partner or bid manager role
Lead Proposal/SOW development
Develop and maintain long term customer relationship, monitor testing project delivery excellence.
Close deal

Required

•        Bachelor's Degree
•        At least 8 years experience in Business development/Engagement
•        At least 8 years experience in knowledge on testing solution/methodology/tool sets(Rational/HP Mercury)
•        At least 8 years experience in testing outsourcing
•        At least 8 years experience in Large scale application development skills/application architect experiences skills
•        Basic knowledge in software QA/QC
•        English: Fluent
•        Chinese simplified: Fluent
