工作职责：

Support Tivoli business automation service project implementation, communicate with customer for requirements, design and customize functions based on Tivoli products, implement and test the solution at customer environment and provide technical support to customer.

技能要求　人员要求　行业背景要求：

Good Tivoli product skills, incuding ITM, NetView, TEC, Netcool, able to support basic installation, configuration, customization, troubleshooting and performance tunning.
Good communication skills
Quick learner and self-motivator
Programming skill is a plus, Java/Perl/Scripts
skills on other Tivoli products of Security and Storage is a plus


教育背景，语言要求：

Good English skill for reading/writing and speaking


备注
At least 3 years Tivoli customer project experience
