网络游戏QA经理
职位描述：
- 管理游戏测试团队，配合开发部门开展游戏测试工作，按时、保证质量地完成测试项目
- 制定良好的项目测试过程标准，严格实施并及时改良，保持产品开发的良好工作效率和状态
- 根据测试规范和要求，撰写并沟通中/英文游戏测试报告

职位要求：
- 3年以上的游戏/软件测试经验
- 精通测试用例的设计，对标准软件测试流程有深入理解
- 有丰富的游戏经验并且对游戏有独特的见解
- 具有优秀的分析和组织能力
- 良好的团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
- 本科或以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业

Online Game QA Manager

Job Description:

Manage the QA team, coordinate with the development team to ensure the quality and the timeliness of development

Establish effective QA processes, enforce and improve test policies to create an efficient work environment

Create test reports in Chinese and/or English according to specifications and requirements

Job Requirement:

3+ years experience in game industry/software QA

Expertise in standard software testing and designing test cases

Experienced in gaming

Exceptional analytical and organization skills
