职位要求：
1) Should have exposure in using performance testing tools such as Load runner, Web load, Silk Performer, Rational Performance tester.
3)  have practical experience in performance testing.
4) Should ensure quality releases of the software through effective planning, design and implementation of performance testing.
5) Should write Load test scripts and execute performance tests
6) Should review product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases.

MI Company's Auto-tools QTP(profession)/LR(familiary)/QC(be good at)
of couse testcase,plan,report,bulid-release are needed.

i have no Certificate in English but can speak a fluent oral english.
