Job Title: Lead PM
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Program Manager who can
1.Produce detailed feature specifications, coordinate development/test program schedules across several component teams and drive the release of the technologies through successive product cycles.
2.Project and Team Management: Work with your development and test counterparts to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the next release of TTS engines/Languages; ensure the features are delivered on time conforming to a very high quality bar; communicate plans, progress, issues and updates to executives as well as internal and external customers of the technology.
3.Coach and manage a team of PMs to achieve project and team objectives.
4.Defining specific scenarios and features: Leveraging the roadmap work with internal and external teams and with your development and test counterparts
5.Evangelism: Ensure adoption of scenarios/features by presenting in technology conferences, directly working with customers/partners (internal and external) to help refine their component design to leverage the new features/scenarios.

Qualifications:
-6+ years experience in shipping high quality software
-Strong customer empathy, good at understanding customer requirements and can transfer such knowledge into the engineering proc
-Ability to think through an entire problem identifying symptoms and the root cause
-Proven experience in managing cross-group collaboration and building cross-team relationships
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skill in English
-Strong technical background and exceptional aptitude for quickly coming up to speed and mastering complex technical topics
-Several years experience as a PM or lead SDE/SDET with strong cross-group and project management skills
-BS/MS degree in computer science preferred.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in shipping high quality software,
- Proven experience building and managing QA/Test organization delivering quality products through several product cycles.
- Passion for and ability to drive technical excellence into products & process,
- Passion for developing and mentoring individuals and proven ability to recruit and retain software test talent
- Proven track record of cross group collaboration and senior management interactions
- Completed multiple product cycles as a Lead SDET,
- Experience with, as well as a demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain.
