Test Lead:
5年以上软件开发测试经验, 有WEB环境应用测试经验，熟悉自动化测试和手工测试,最好有软件开发经验(C++/C#, Java / other scripting language),英文流利,有一定的管理能力.
Offshore Test Lead ( Automation testing lead):
Location: Shenzhen
Relevant Work Experience: at least 5 years of recent experience in the testing/development area or equivalent.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
Responsibilities
·       Lead a test team up to 8 people
·       Report to Project Manager/Deliver Manager
·       Interacting with US client, in gathering requirements, scheduling, resolving issues, and reporting status
·       Working with the team to create test plan and test cases
·       Guide the team to automate test cases in Selenium, C#, or other scripting tools
·       Review code/documents of team members
·       Possibly hands on creating test plan and test cases, or automate test cases
·       Assign tasks and monitoring progress
·       Preparing metrics for projects/team
·       Review performance of team members



Qualifications:
·      Proven experience in managing a test team
·      Ability to estimate work efforts and allocate tasks to team members
·      Ability to track project progress and effectively report status on a regular basis
·      Must be able to interact with English speaking client, reasonable oral English.
·      Must have proven familiarity various testing phases and methodologies.
·      Must be able to write test plans.
·      Must be able to understand and translate functional requirements/specifications into test cases.
·      Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills.
·      Must be proficient with at least one programming language, eg. C++/C#, Java / other scripting language.
·      Experience in writing automation scripts like Selenium / Rational Robot is a plus.
·      SQL queries & stored procedures and XML is a plus.
·      Knowledge of other Internet related technologies; web services; and testing complex internet applications and services, esp J2EE is a plus.

Additional Qualifications

·      Reasonable knowledge of web application deployment.
·      Should know how to use IIS/Tomcat effectively.
