下面是职位JD：
（1）Senior Software QA Enginee--IPTV
Required Skills:
- BS or post graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 2 ~ 4 years related QA experience
- strong scripting and programming skills, preferably including Java, C/C++, shell scripts (bash), Expect, beanshell
- familiarity with Linux
- enthusiasm and willingness to learn new technologies
- problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- good team working and communication skills

Experience in QA environment (including development of test plans, setting networking test equipment, automation, executing test plans, problem reporting and management) is an asset

Desired familiarity and experience with at least some of the following technologies and concepts:
1 - Distributed systems, P2P, DHT
2 - Distributed search and storage, mySQL
3 - Routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/ISIS), basic understanding of networking, Cisco IOS CLI
4 - Protocol testers, proprietary and open software test tools
5 - Web Services
6 - Web Application and Portal Servers (BEA preferred)
7 - J2EE/Spring/ESB
8 - Microsoft Silverlight, C#, .NET
9 - GUI, Portal technologies
10 - Network Management, JMX, SNMP

（2）Software QA Engineer——VOIP:
* Experience with call control feature set testing
* Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows clients and servers (Mandatory skill)
* Solid knowledge of UDP/TCP/IP, CCIE preferred.
* Experience in test scripting with TCL/Expect, Perl, Java.
* Familiar with test equipment/tools, eg. Smartbits , Ixia ,ABACUS
* Knowledge of performance measurement techniques and benchmarking
* Experience with a set of the following protocols from a QA/certification point of view: DHCP, DNS, TFTP, SCCP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP, sRTP, IPSec, VPNs,   TLS/SSL, HTTPS,  LDAP, NAT.
* Understanding  of PKI security infrastructure.
* Broad knowledge of IP network protocols and network design including Cisco router and switch configuration.
* Working Experiences with US based multi-national companies is a strong plus

* 3-10years of software engineering experiences preferably in internetworking and VoIP technologies, applications and devices.
* BS in CS/EE or equivalent, with Master's Degree or above preferred.
*Project Management skill and technical leadership preferred
* Good communication skill in English and Mandarin.
