1. Project Manager (3 headcounts)
A minimum of 4 plus year's project management experience or an equivalent combination of project management experience, business experience and education in the financial services business.
3+ years of project management experience in an environment that utilizes CMMi that manages software development a significant plus.
Experience creating complete detailed plans for complex projects and ability to track progress against plan.
Project risk management experience and extensive project reporting experience required.
Ability to gain technical understanding as appropriate to the project.
PMP Certification strongly suggested.
2. QA Technical Team Manager (2 headcounts)
Minimum of 7 years testing, quality assurance or other development experience.
High awareness of customer service.
Requires 2-3 years of experience with multiple types of testing, these should include: Functional, Integration (End to End), Performance and Resilience testing.
Experience in testing of large scale real-time systems preferred.
Substantial experience of leading and motivating teams.
In-depth knowledge of testing process and structured methodologies.
A certification or qualification in Software Testing would be an advantage.
Experience with Test management and defect tracking tools.
Experience with Test Automation is preferred.
3. Technical Team Manager
Leading and managing the day to day activities of the team. Conduct performance appraisal for each staff at least twice a year.
Mandatory skills
Degree in Computer Science or other computer related subject with experience developing system software;
Minimum of 7 years development experience
Requires in-depth experience and understanding of multiple programming languages, systems, as well as systems analysis and design, and project management methodologies
4. Resources Development Manager
Role and Responsibilities
Liaise with Human Resources to develop training plans for staff in your group
Determine project assignments for staff considering both the business goals of the Company and the skills development goals of individuals
Engage the local HR Talent Acquisition function to ensure strategic recruitment takes place
Recruit staffs according to the development centre requirement
Maintain defined levels of staff utilization and participate in the project process at the strategic program level to maintain your exposure to the business
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
5 years of relevant experience as Project Management in an IT environment
3 – 5 years of People Management Development experience
Demonstrate general management skills e.g. succession management, mentoring and coaching.
Broad technical understanding preferably in a development environment
The ability to think outside the box to ensure staff are fully utilized e.g., seconding staff to other groups/projects both locally and globally
The ability to manage risks and dependencies that impact resources availability
The ability to work with people of different levels and with varying talents and to be able to motivate and develop them
