[高级系统测试工程师– Project Leader]

学历条件：本科以上

岗位职责:
1. 负责车载信息系统产品的软件测试
2. 定期和项目管理，需求，开发沟通，确保项目目标达成
3. 了解测试目标，结合资源情况，制定、跟进、汇总团队测试任务
4. 测试团队的资源，风险，时间和任务管理
5. 测试用例评审，软件问题监控，测试设备管理
6. 测试团队的培养和人员指导
7. 持续改进和提升测试技术，方法和流程

1. Responsible for software and system level testing of Car infotainment system
2. Ensure project goals achieved by regular communication with PM, requirement engineer and development team
3. Draft test plan according to resource status. Keep tracking and reporting team’s status.
4. Test team’s resource, risk, timing and task management.
5. Review test case, bug status monitor, test environment maintenance.
6. Team’s guidance and training.
7. Continuous improving test technologies and process.

任职要求：
1. 5年以上软件测试工作经验，有3年实际带领测试团队经验
2. 有完整参与大型复杂项目的经验
3. 熟练掌握软件测试理论和方法，能够灵活应用多种测试理论工具
4. 熟悉嵌入式软件测试的工具，流程和技术，有车载电子产品经验优先
5. 学习能力强，有很强的分析和解决问题能力
6. 良好的沟通理解能力，优秀的书面总结和表达能力
7. 良好的团队协作精神，能够带领和激励他人
8. 优秀的英语口语和读写能力

1. 5+ years of software testing. More than 3 years practical team leading experience.
2. Hands on team leading experience in a large or complex project.
3. Master software testing methodologies, capable to adopt different test strategy in different scenarios.  
4. Familiar with embedded software test tool, process and methodologies. Automotive industry experience is a plus.  
5. Good learning ability. Has strong issue analysis, problem solving skills and initiative spirit.
6. Good communication and understanding. Excellent report and presentation skills.
7. High level interpersonal skills to manager teamwork, motive others.
8. Fluent writing English skill, could read/write English in daily work.
