Middle QA Automation Engineer Description
Skills:
--In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in testing techniques.
--Good understanding of Data Integration, Web-Services (SOAP/REST), OSGi and JEE technologies.
--Good working knowledge of at least one Linux/Unix based platform as well as Windows
-- Good understanding of CSS, JSON, XML and XML Schema
--Experience/Interest to work in an agile development environment, using the Scrum methodology.
--Ability to work within a distributed international team environment.
--Basic knowledge on Cloud computing arenas i.e. Cloud security and Cloud based testing
--Basic knowledge on Big Data
-- knowledge on SWT as plus

-Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
--Enthusiastic team player who is eager to learn and to help others
--Help team leader to check the functional specification of new features match with the implemented new features
--Good working knowledge of selenium and java

Optional, but desirable
--At least 2 years’ experience in Test Automation
--Experience in testing of application integration/SOA middleware
--Experience with cloud technologies (like AWS, OpenStack or others)
--ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification
Qualifications:
--BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
--At least three years of experience in the role of a software or QA engineer

QA Manager Description
As part of the Beijing R&D group The QA Manager will lead the Beijing QA Engineers (30 people), the QA Manager will be responsible for Coordinating testing Talend’s data management application to improve the platform’s quality and stability.

Plan, develop, implement and run test plans and procedures.
Qualification, Integration and Processing/Operations (support)
Supervise the design and implementation of automated test systems for new products with focus on product quality
Installation and maintenance of several technical environments (Operating System, database, application server…)
Work in collaboration with Development team (dispatched in Beijing and France)
Improve the processes along the complete agile development live cycle and ensure the china teams follow.
Help commercial support team to validate patches before providing to European and US customers
Help team leader to check the functional specification of new features match with  the implemented new features
Qualifications

- MS in Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum 8 years experience in the Software industry overall. - Have software Java development and/or test automation experience (Minimum 3 years).

- Have great interest in software testing and quality.

- Good English, Fluent reading and writing.

- Have experience on Linux platforms, Database (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2).

    - Defect tracking management (Jira) and test software (Selenium or SWTBot)  configuration management (Git or Subversion) is a plus

     - Knowledge of data integration, ETL, Data quality, Data Profiling, MDM (Master Data Management) preferred.

     - Autonomous, resourcefull and quick learner

     - Good communication and cooperation.



Team Leader / Project Manager requirements and responsibilities

Task management and leadership : - Minimum 3 years experience in leading teams - Communication skills with management (fluent English - written, spoken would be a plus) - Communication skills with team - Experienced team leader / project manager: can prioritize tasks, can manage the critical path, can work with team members skills to affect the right task to the right person, help talents to emerge  - Can work under time & requirement pressure - Understand the roadmap, share Marketing & Product Management vision, keep the big picture in mind - Focus on quality rather than speed
