Here are the requirements for this role:

Work aspart of a team of world class engineers to develop QA tests and automation for the implementation ofour SaaS based enterprise 'Big Data' predictive analyticsengine. You will be an instrumental member of one of our agile/SCRUMteams designing and developing our core technology. You will join a fastgrowing team driven by excellence in quality.  You will work withthe latest test and QA automation technology and helpto define the processes and standards by which QA operates.  Excellentteamwork, collaboration and ability to work in a fast passed environment arerequired.

Responsibilities

·        Develop re-useable test designsand test cases within an agile model

·        Focus is on automation, but somemanual test planning work is required

·        Participate in the agile/SCRUMprocess and collaborate with developmentand production team throughout all stages of the SDLC

·        Produce and maintain useful andusable documentation of work, and contribute regularly to the generalEngineering body of knowledge

·        Execute deep-dive QA forensics -providing extensive issue analysis & decomposition

·        Define and refine solutions tobig-data technical challenges

·        Identify test priorities acrossan n-tier technology stack

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree or anequivalent combination of education and work experience, advanced degree (MS) is preferred

·        Hands-on expertise withautomation frameworks (e.g. Junit/Nunit, Selenium, Jenkins, etc.) and testscripting tools (e.g. Python, Perl etc.)

·        5 years’ experience as aSoftware QA Engineer testingmulti-tier web applications, ETL experience a bonus

·        Strong knowledge of SQL andrelational databases required

·        Experience with testing SaaSbased solution considered favorably.

·        Experience with using one ormore QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, SOAPUI, WireSharketc.

·        Understanding of softwareengineering skills and QA/Test and automation methodologies

·        Experience in developing andtesting with Java/C#/C++ is a big plus

·        Passionate about QA and keepingcurrent with industry trends and best practices

·        Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills

·        English: oral is necessary
