Lab Testing Engineer,
Location:Taicang,Jiangsu

Responsibility:
Responsible for test design, test task plan and execute (Responsible for product development verification and validation, including test planning, test execution, engineering report generating, etc.)
Responsible for lab test process and test project deliver.(Responsible for test project management, test process improvement, support project delivery on cost on quality and within schedule.)
Work on lab engineering & evaluation development, including ensuring test result credibility, developing test technology, studying standard and designing test facility and equipment.
Support lab Lean SixSigma and productivity improvement.

Requirement:
Minimum BS in engineering required, MS degree preferred.
3 year work experience in related field.
Basic knowledge of HVACR, application and standards, understanding of heat transfer, fluids, refrigeration cycle, and experience of metrology and instrumentation
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Familiarity with PC based Windows programs (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
Good knowledge of PC language(VB and VB.net)
Good learning ability.
Work effectively in an open, consensus-oriented, team environment, excellent communication skills
Problem assessment and problem solving skills




Lab Engineer

Responsibility:

Control Software Testing Learder
Location:Shanghai

Responsibility:
Serve as the Test Leader for the IRETC-AP test group. This includes: organizing and running team meetings, providing direction to the IRETC test group based on collaboration with US team, providing estimates for test schedules, test resources, and equipment needs, coordinating product testing, and keeping the engineering and managers updated on the project testing status.
Provide training and career growth direction to team members.
Grow technical capability of the IRETC test group.
Make recommendations to improve communication to off-shore teams.
Help build and maintain the engineering test facilities (test room, test hardware and test software).
Make recommendations for improvement of the product testing process.
As assigned, provide assistance and coordinate testing performed by testing resources outside of the IRETC test group.
Help advance testing tools, technology, and processes within Controls Engineering.
Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.
Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Ability to work regularly and dependably.
Ability to function in a team environment.
Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.

Requirement:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, HVACR Technology or related discipline required.
5 to 10 years of experience in software testing in an engineering-oriented company.
Course work or experience in the following areas is highly desired; Current test methodologies and quality assurance practices, an understanding of object-oriented and component-based software development.
Knowledge of building control systems and devices is desired.
Experience with automated data flow through a multi-layered system is a plus
Must understand and adhere to safety measures when working with electrical equipment.
Experience using and testing Windows web and client applications.
Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including on the telephone, in Chinese and English.
Traveling to other test sites less than 25%.
