职位一：Testing： (要求3年以上工作经验)
Job Descripition
Design test plan and test strategy (SD)
Design and develop test case, test scenario, and prepare test data
Execute test and record test results
Feedback and report test results
Work with development team to improve software/system quality
Key requirement
 BS in Computer Science or relevant
 3+ (SD) and 1+ (D) years of software testing experience
 Strong knowledge and experience of software testing process
 Solid experience of implementing test process with Mercury solution (SD)
 Solid experience of test plan(SD), test strategy(SD), test case, test execution and report
 Experience in one of automation test and performance test, both is a plus
Experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Siebel, etc) testing is a plus
 Good communication skill and a team player
 Excellent English language skill in both written and spoken

Job Descripition
1.Responsible for establish and maintain organizational process improvement system.
2.Provide project level process management solutions for different project types.
3.As instructor providing processes related training to organization menbers.
4.Assist PM to resolve quality issues and process non-compliance.
5.Promote quality culture in organization.
6.Working closely with cross functional teams to diagnose and resolve problems.
> Key requirement
1.BS+ in Computer Science with 3~4 years quality management experience.
2.Strong knowledge and professional experience in quality management, especially in CMMI.
3.Solid experience in software development, strong knowledge in product development of full life cycle.
4.Familiar with the software methodology and tools.
5.Familiar with Six Sigma/Agile/RUP is preferred.
6.Familiar with SCAMPI is perferred.
7.Good communication skills (Oral & Written)
