    我按照说明安装了需要的所有软件:mantis1.0.6mysql5.1.12php5.02在IIS下也配置好了!一进http://localhost/mantis/index.php就会自动跳转http://localhost/mantis/admin/install.php(试了很多办法都不行!)不管输入什么都会自动跳转到http://localhost/mantis/admin/install.php页面请高手解决下!
