java vuser的问题

请各位大侠帮忙啊！
我新建了一个java vuser脚本

import lrapi.lr;
public class Actions
{
public int init() {
  return 0;
}//end of init

public int action() {
  return 1;
}//end of action

public int end() {
  return 0;
}//end of end
}

为什么运行会出错?我环境变量都配好的呀?
lr报如下错误:
