Senior Testing Team Leader

Job Description:
leads testing team to meet software application development requirements.
Qualifications
3-4 years experience in Test Management - Planning, tracking, estimating testing effort;
More Than 6 years testing background with developing of test cases/scripts;
Experience in using at least one of the following tool set:
(1)HP/Mercury -- Quality Center / Test Director, Quick Test Professional and LoadRunner
(2)IBM/Rational -- Rational Manual Tester, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance Tester and Rational Robot
(3)Compuware -- QACenter, QALoad and TestPartner
Experiences in ACT, Jmeter, SilkTest and SilkPerformer is a big plus
