I'm a account manager working for a leading position international outsourcing company. There are over 5000 employees working in world wide in my company, and we are on the way of going to the public in U.S. (guess some of readers get to know which one is our company, even who I am :-) )
Now, we are hiring both devolopers and testers for Microsoft, working place is Sigma office building Beijing, so called on-site vendor.

Here are the requirements:

Position A (Developer "SDE" for ASP.NET based Web development):
Good problem solving
Strong C# coding skills. Solid understanding of .NET FRAMEWORK
Good data-structure knowledge
2+ years experience in web development. Familiar with HTML and CSS
Good in English reading and writting

Position B (Developer "SDE" for Managed Windows Applications):
Good problem solving
Good Object Oriented Analysis/Design ability.
Project experience with C/C++/C# programming language
Familiar with XML and Schema
Good data-structure knowledge
Good in English reading and writting

Position C (Testing Developer "SDET"):
Strong C/C++ and win32 coding experience
2 years coding experience in real project is required
C#, Net Framework and database are plus
Basic Computer Science knowedge, like data structure, algorithm, networking etc.

Position D (Testing Developer "SDET"):
strong C#, Net Framework and database
at least 1 years coding experience in real project is required
C/C++ and win32 coding are plus
Basic Computer Science knowedge, like data structure, algorithm, networking etc.
