Job Description:
        This position is with Flash Products Group Software Quality Engineering
        Responsibilities: provide technical and administrative leadership for the software validation team validating flash file management system software

Requirement:

        Requires a minimum of a BS (CE, EE, CS or equivalent) with 6 years work experience or equivalent related work experience
        Must have a working knowledge of standard project management practices and tools as well as a higher order programming language  
        The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills as well as experience as a tester, a validation lead and good C/ C++ programming skills
        Embedded software development experience is desirable
        Knowledge of other high level languages is a plus.  
        Experience with embedded operating system environments -- WinCE, RTOS (VxWorks/ Nucleus) or Linux -- a plus
        It is desired that the candidate be familiar with at least one of the following Intel Architectures: StrongArm, XScale, IA-32, Intel Flash
        Strong English verbal and written communications skills required
        Must be a strong team player with initiative, self-motivation and flexibility in dealing with ambiguous situations
        Work environment is global in a joint effort with US counterparts and other remote sites
