Anyone working with session based testing?

I have seen a couple of questions and blog posts regarding exploratory testing, but so far nothing about session based testing. Admittedly that could be because I don't know what to search for in Chinese

Anyhow, if anyone have used session based testing; what are your thoughts about it and experiences from it?

I had used session based testing some years ago, I think it is similar with exploratory testing.

I think session based testing is a kind of way to make exploratory testing more useful.A seeion is the basic testing work unit,and is uninterrupted block of reviewable.we need fix a time and have a topic or mission. what are we testing or what problems are we looking for? we need record the test name, when to start , test strategy ,test step and when to end the test. after finishing the test, we need to report bugs and so on.
