LoadRunner11在测试WebService的时候返回值为乱码

我在windows 7 64位系统下，成功安装LoadRunner11，并且按照论坛上"LR11 web service测试简介 by 云层"的帖子进行相关测试，当调用getSupportCityString,我在日志输出中，出现的是乱码，相关代码片段如下:

相关编码我都设置为UTF-8.不知为何？

除了设置为utf-8,还要设置vuser->run-time settings...->选择browser下的"browser emulation"->在右侧点击"chang...""按钮-> 选择use browser->在language列表下选择chinese,保存即可，重新录制脚本即可。
