Responsibilities:

-Responsible for creating test plans, documenting test results, and overseeing bug reporting-Need to have experience in manual testing and aspiring for the Business Analyst role.-Seek and Clarify requirements from managers/ BU-Conduct Quality Assurance testing, which includes unit, system and regression testing-Conduct Research and Analysis, which includes business requirements gathering and troubleshooting software issues -Keeping management up to date on the status of the work-Work independently and help the junior resources

Requirements:

-Bachelor's or above degree in a business or IT-related field-Experience: QA Engineer: 3- 5 years -Experience working as a QA analyst, business analyst, technical analyst, support analyst, product manager or related- Ability to analyze complex situations and learn new processes quickly- Very conversant with test lifecycle-Excellent MS office skills- QTP or other QA automation tools-Familiarity with html Mandatory:1) Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all personality types to overcome obstacles and keep on schedule2) Must be a self starter who is extremely organized, detail oriented, and has the ability to meet tight deadlines
